The new $100 bill now features a blue ribbon strip that is a security ribbon that changes when moved back and forth like a 3D hologram card. It is set to be released on February 10, 2011. I like the older one better. That blue ribbon doesn't compliment it at all but who really stares at their money!

Brand New $100 Bill Design
The new $100 bill now features a blue ribbon strip that is a security ribbon that changes when moved back and forth like a 3D hologram card. It is set to be released on February 10, 2011.
