Elena the Superyacht

Here are some beautiful images I found of this 100 year-old superyacht called Elena. It has 1200 meters of sail, the inside is entirely made out of mahogany and it is priced around $12 million! I hope it sparks some inspiration!

"Jeune Femme a la Fontaine"

Jean Baptiste Camille Corot's "Jeune femme a la fontaine" is going on sale at the Sotheby's auction on June 2, 2010 for an estimated $1.8 million. This piece was actually stolen from the original owner in 1938 by the Nazis and ended up in a museum in The Netherlands. This piece reminds me of a painting that my mother had in her room for years when I was growing up so it automatically demanded my attention. Good luck to the lucky individual that obtains this wonderful piece of art and history from Sotheby's!

Quoddy for Wings+Horns Boat Shoes

Quoddy collaborated with Wings+Horns to create these nice looking boat shoes. I like the chukka style boat shoes better especially the brown ones. No info yet on when they are going to be realeased or pice but I will keep you posted!

Rag & Bone 3/4 Placket Shirt
